Ship To Addresses

Please note that we ship using UPS for our shipping and can ship only to a physical address. Please do not use P.O. addresses.

Domestic Shipping Options and Ship Times

Please note that our shipping department processes orders Monday through Friday (not including legal holidays). Please account for this when choosing express shipping options. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning of the following week.

 

To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the item(s) you ordered and the shipping option you selected. Restore It Yourself, Inc. uses the following calculation:
Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

Example: An item that usually ships in 1 to 2 days and is sent via Standard Ground Delivery (3 to 7 days) will arrive in 5 to 10 business days. You can find the express shipping cost by using our online shopping cart system.

Express Delivery Option

We offer 1 Day, 2 Days and 3 Days Express Delivery options. Express Delivery charges are based on the order's total weight and its destination. You can find the express shipping cost by using our online shopping cart system.

 

Please note that by choosing the Express Delivery option, it will not reduce the time for your order to leave our warehouse, it will only reduce the time in transit. Restore It Yourself, Inc. use the following calculation:
Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

 

Example: An item that is usually ships in 1 to 2 days and is sent via Next Day Air (1 day) will arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

International Orders

For all international orders, you can find the shipping cost by using our online shopping cart system. All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited service. Average transit time for international shipment is 5-7 business days + 1~2 business days for process time. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
